In our Interior Design and Fit Out Construction Industry, we offer to extend the following packages -
- Turnkey Design and Built which covers Interior Design, Mechanical, Electrical and IT works, we are offering no design fees for a firmed appointment by the members.
- Design Consultancy which covers Interior Design, Mechanical, Electrical and IT works
- 25% discount off the market rate RM 8.00 / sq ft - RM 6.00 / sq ft.
- If we are appointed as the fit out builder, a further 25% discount on the design fees will be given. RM 4.00 / sq ft.
