We are excited to share with you that our annually held Human Resource Forum will take place on Tuesday, 26 September at the Digi Headquarters!
Having the right Human Resource practices are of the utmost importance for a productive workforce. A company’s largest resource is its employees, and having a skilled workforce in combination with energized and engaged employees is a key factor to success. After all, it’s the employees who keep the business running.
With a Forum – focus on “Innovation in HR”, spread over three sessions, several industry experts will touch upon trending HR topics that are ‘must – knows’ for HR Directors, HR Managers, HR Executives, Managing Directors and General Management, and anybody else working in the HR sector.
Join the Forum to hear about and discuss on topics such as Mindfulness, Driving Innovation, Employer Branding, Digital Candidate Experience, and Initiatives to Establish Malaysia as a Dynamic Talent Hub. This event has been organized in an interactive format with presentations, panel discussions, and round – table discussions.
Part 1: Presentation by TalentCorp: Key Strategies and Initiatives “Malaysia as a Dynamic Talent Hub”

Part 2: Presentation by Chainz Consulting: Mindfulness Practices
“Mindfulness, Well – being, and Leadership Styles”.
Speaker: Subba Vaidyanathan (Chief Program Architect & Facilitator of Being, Singapore)
This session is specially designed to introduce the concept of Mindfulness as a way for leaders to exhibit high levels of self-awareness and intentionality in their actions, thereby improving the quality of choices and decision. Included in the session is an experience of a practicable Mindfulness tool. Practice of mindfulness is key to building a resilient and authentic self as a foundation for strategic leadership and executive presence.
Part 3: Forum with speakers and discussions
Followed by panel discussion and round – table discussions between speakers / panelists and the audience.

– Additional registrations or guests may be registered at RM 100 nett per person (incl of GST).
– Please note that while this is a FOC event for members (per membership level), we will charge a no-show or late cancellation fee of RM 100 per person (for cancellations after Friday, 22 September (12 noon)) for the cost of food wasted from the refreshments catered for; Replacement / substitute participant(s) to avoid the no show charges are welcome (The no – show fee is also applicable to free of charge registrations).
