Please note that while the first seat is complimentary for members (with subsequent registrations charged), we will charge a no – show or late cancellation fee of RM150 per person (excl GST) (for cancellations after Monday, 23 October (12 noon). This is to cover the cost of food wasted; Replacement / substitute participant(s) to avoid the no show charge will be welcomed. The no – show fee is also applicable to free of charge registrations.
