MDBC / ADCN: Leading Remote Teams in Challenging Times

April 20, 2020 @ 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm

INTERACTIVE WEBINAR

Dear MDBC Members,

More than ever, leadership is about motivating and keeping others engaged.  Therefore we are teaming up with our regional colleagues and NLinBusiness to organise our first – ever ASEAN Dutch Chamber Network webinar, specially for members of the Dutch Chambers in Malaysia (MDBC), Vietnam (DBAV), Thailand (NTCC), Indonesia (DBN), and the Philippines (DCCP).

The current circumstances are extra challenging for leaders and entrepreneurs. Many professionals are working remotely and that comes with practical issues on matters such as collaboration, productivity, and trust.  During this webinar, Carola will interactively share insights and practical tips to enhance your remote team.

– Different phases of leading remote teams during ‘lock down’
– 7 tips for leading remote teams
– How to avoid 5 common pitfalls

The set-up of the webinar is interactive. There will be room for asking questions and live answers.
