MDBC Edu 360: Reskilling Team Management & Efficiency, 27 Feb

February 27 @ 9:00 am - 1:00 pm

Dear MDBC Members,

Technology is not just bringing rapid change to the speed and tempo of work, it is also bringing the world closer together.  These days, its not just MNCs that are doing business outside of national borders, SMEs are now looking at international markets as well.  The vast majority of successful and growing organizations have multicultural teams, brought together for a wider variety of knowledge and experience.  Regardless of industry / sector / company size, organizations will have to interact with teams and companies from different cultures.  Join the upcoming MDBC Education 360 workshop on Reskilling Team Management & Efficiency to learn how to navigate these differences smoothly and efficiently, improve employee retention, and productivity.

Together with MDBC member Cultural Impact, and our colleagues from the Malaysian French Chamber of Commerce (CCIFM), MDBC is organizing an Education 360 workshop on Reskilling Team Management & Efficiency.

At the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:

* Comprehend the impact of multiple cultures in the workplace.
* Use a proven competence – based framework: readiness to build intercultural competencies.
* Decipher different expectations and adapt their behaviors accordingly
