Alternatively, you may register via the form below. By registering online, you acknowledge the event guidelines and agree to forward us the transfer slip as soon as possible.
Please note: Your registration will NOT be confirmed until we receive proof of payment. Reservations are required; Seats are reserved for you so last minute cancellations (after Friday, 26 July (12 noon) and / or no shows will still be charged, no refunds can be extended. Replacements are welcome.
