MDBC: HR Forum – Employment Matters

June 11, 2020 @ 3:30 pm - 4:30 pm

MDBC is proud to present another insightful and timely edition of our annual MDBC Human Resources Forum 2020.

In previous years, ‘recruitment’ was always the most popular topic of our HR Forum.  This year, unfortunately, it has to be accepted that there is more retrenchment than recruitment going on.  Taking the bull by the horns, from within our MDBC membership community we have found industry experts who in this session on “Employment Matters” will address issues such as employment – related cost cutting measures, leading to retrenchment exercises inclusive of any legal requirements. Post – retrenchment, which actions should HR take to support employees who stay and get the business quickly back to high productivity and morale levels.

Join MDBC members from Chainz Consulting, Esther Ong Tengku Saiful & Sree, and TalentSquare for this informative webinar on Thursday 11 June at 15:30 hrs.

Date:   Thursday, 11 June 2020
Time:  15:30 – 16:30 hrs
