Mark Ng
(Co – Founder, Simply Enak Food Experiences)

Mark spearheads the Simply Enak Food experience in Penang and Kuala Lumpur.  After a 10 year career as an IT consultant for big corporate companies, Mark decided to leave that behind to pursue what is close to his heart: food and hosting people.  Tourism was a perfect fit to fulfill both requirements, leading to the birth of Simply Enak in 2011.

Born and bred in Penang, he started cooking and handling food from a young age with the guidance from his grandmother.  His vision is to showcase Malaysian’s rich culture, heritage, and food to the rest of the world through walking food tours and other food experiences.
