– Introduction to QMS Standards;
– Interpret the requirements of ISO 9001 in the context of an Audit;
– Audit principles and the preparation for and initiation of an Audit (2nd and 3rd Party Audit);
– Plan and conduct an Audit and report on the Audit in a manner that adds value to the organization;
– Workshop on Pre and Post Audit procedures and reporting;
– Mock Audit experience learning.

* Lectures: Context of the Organization & Process Approach, Developing Process Based Management System, LA Planning and Preparation

* Lectures: Performing Lead Audit Investigation, Verifying Facts, Concluding Audits.
* Workshop: Reviewing Processes and Preparation Checklist

* Workshops: Risk Based Thinking, Determining Non Conformities QMS, Writing Non Conformities QMS Statement, Interviewing Auditees
* Mock Audit

* Lectures: Corrective Action & Follow up
