• Rates quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and subject to 6% Sales & Service Tax (SST) and any prevailing taxes imposed by the Malaysian Government;
• Inclusive of in – room internet access;
• Inclusive of breakfast for one adult or two at Nipah for Deluxe and Premier Room categories;
• Corporate rates are applicable to individual FiT bookings, For groups requiring over 10 rooms per night, rates will be negotiated independently;
• The mandatory Tourism Tax of RM 10 nett will be imposed on all hotel room rates on a per night basis for foreign passport holders.  The tax is not included in the 6% SST.  This amount will be collected on behalf of the government upon check out.
• Subject to room availability; should the corporate rate not be available, the best available house rate will prevail;
• Room rates are based on a non – commissionable basis;
• Rate for Studio Suite is inclusive of Breakfast, Afternoon Tea, and Evening Cocktail at Equator Club Lounge;
