MDBC INTERN GUIDANCE
MDBC helps interns throughout the entire process – before, during, and after the internship, to ensure peace of mind. By ensuring peace of mind the interns feel more at home immediately, allowing them to focus 100% on their internship. We support the intern by providing information about housing, activities in the evening and weekends, and we create a batch specific Whatsapp and Facebook groups, allowing the interns to meet each other and share resources.
Upon arrival MDBC picks up the interns from KL Sentral. They are provided with a welcome pack, which includes a sim card. Within the first month, we also organize a Cultural Briefing & Dinner, during which we raise their cultural awareness, share cross cultural tips, and provide them with important information about living and working in a foreign country.
This guidance means that your intern is better prepared to hit the ground running for you.
