● Rates quoted EXCLUDED of 8% SST as imposed by the Malaysian Government.
● Effective 1 September 2017, Tourism Tax of MYR10.00 per room per night
has been imposed to non – Malaysian guests and will be added to the final billing.
● Cancellation policy: (a) Cancellation made within 24 – hour prior arrival, 100% charge
will be imposed (b) Cancellation made before 24 – hour prior to arrival, will be waived off
Non – guaranteed reservations are only held until 6:00 pm on arrival date unless
guaranteed by credit card or cash deposit.
● The Hotel reserves the right to revise any party of this agreement at any time as and
when deemed necessary.
