During SAC, Control Union will launch a Zero Waste to Landfill (ZWTL) pledge.  The Ministry of Housing and Local Government (KPKT) and Ministry of Investment, Trade & Industry (MITI) recently launched the CE Blueprint for Solid Waste 2025 – 2035.  Voluntary EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility) is preferred at this moment as mandatory is only going to come in a few years.  The ZWTL pledge will be a starting step where we encourage like minded companies to divert 75% to the Waste generated from Landfills within 12 months from signing.

It’s not just for companies but inclusive of credible collectors, recyclers, neutralization services providers who will ensure that Waste does not end up in landfills.  To create an ecosystem as a first step forward for a voluntary EPR, establishing a market leadership together.  Are you interested in joining?  Control Union will be delighted to bring you on stage during SAC and include you in the special press release.  Please reply to MDBC () so that we can connect you.
