With the support of MDBC, the Malaysian Investment Development Authority (MIDA), in close collaboration with the Federal Territories Department and the State Government of Selangor, Negeri Sembilan, and Melaka, is organizing the “MIDA Flagship Investment Seminar: The Industrial Cluster Development Initiative in the Central Region“.

This initiative forms part of a broader strategic collaboration between MITI and MIDA to strengthen balanced regional development through a more strategic and integrated industry cluster – based approach in Malaysia’s Central Region.

The main objectives of this initiative are to:

⭐ Strengthen the industrial ecosystem by adopting an ecosystem – based approach;

⭐ Promote investment growth through close collaboration and direct involvement of State Governments and the Federal Territories;

⭐ Empower local companies to enhance their capabilities and competitiveness across global supply chains;

⭐ Develop a skilled and competent workforce, particularly in supervisory and technical fields, in line with industry requirements; and

⭐ Provide a strategic platform for stakeholders to exchange insights, foster collaborations, and build professional networks to enhance communication, coordination, and synergy among industry players.
