Easter Sunday at Merdeka Grill is centred on a table that draws guests in from the first course. Hamachi meets fermented strawberry and Kaluga caviar in a composition that is both bright and layered. Grilled lamb rack follows, prepared over fire, delivering a depth of flavour that lingers. Warm hot cross buns and Easter chocolates complete the table, adding a familiar sense of the season. Live music throughout the afternoon, with activities for younger guests. Priced at MYR 368+ per person

Easter at Park Lounge takes shape through an afternoon tea that leans into savoury detail, led by a caviar box prepared for the occasion. Smoked egg on shokupan toast and asparagus with caviar and goat cheese cream set the tone, balanced by pastries from the dessert trolley, green mango sorbet for a lighter finish, and a kombucha mocktail served alongside.
