These are the partners who design, run, and support events.  DCDS – M met them to understand the full range of what is possible for the coalition to host its own events and activities, the gatherings that turn a network into a living community and give members real reasons to show up, connect, and do business.  The aim was to scope what is actually achievable, what formats work, what pulls in the right crowd, and how the coalition can put its own name to events that carry real standing.  DCDS – M dug into the practical side, the logistics, the partners, the shape of a credible event calendar.  Events are the heartbeat of any coalition, they create the moments where relationships form and deals quietly begin, and owning that calendar means owning the coalition’s visibility.  This conversation moved the member event pipeline from idea to plan, and set the groundwork for a year – round program that keeps DCDS – M in front of its audiences.  It laid the foundation for the coalition to become a host, not just a member.
