The Chairman and Board of Directors of the Malaysian Dutch Business Council (MDBC) would like to invite you to attend MDBC’s 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the Financial Year ending 31 December 2023.

Please note:

• The venue of the AGM proceedings will be announced as soon as possible.  The AGM Notice and Proxy Form will also be made available as soon as they have been confirmed.
• It is no longer required for MDBC to mail the hard copies of the AGM Notice and Proxy Form by regular post to the principal representatives of MDBC member companies; you will ONLY receive AGM notices via e – mail notifications (and Whatsapp Broadcast message); and
• The audited accounts for Financial Year 2023 will be made available by separate e – mail, sent solely to the principal representatives of MDBC member companies.
