The Chairman and Board of Directors of the Malaysian Dutch Business Council (MDBC) would like to invite you to attend MDBC’s 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the Financial Year ending 31 December 2024.

Time:  16:00 – 20:00 hrs
Venue: citizenM Kuala Lumpur Bukit Bintang Hotel

By separate e – mail, sent solely to the principal representatives of MDBC member companies, we will also forward the MDBC audited accounts for this Financial Year.  This is expected to be done in the coming days.

We look forward to your personal attendance, or the attendance of a representative of your organization at our AGM.

17:00 hrs: Short Break
17:30 hrs: 27th Annual General Meeting over Financial Year 2024

– It is no longer required for MDBC to mail the hard copies of the AGM Notice and Proxy Form by regular post to the principal representatives of MDBC member companies; you will ONLY receive AGM Notices via e – mail notifications (and Whatsapp Broadcast message).

– Audited accounts for Financial Year 2024 will be made available by separate e – mail, sent solely to the principal representatives of MDBC member companies.

– A correctly completed registration form online will give you an automated e – mail response. In case you do not receive this automated acknowledgment, this means that your registration attempt didn’t come through and was not properly received by us. Kindly try again or e – mail us at 

– The automated e – mail response mentioned above is NOT a confirmation of your registration acceptance. You will also need to receive a personal reconfirmation e – mail from MDBC to confirm the acceptance of your registration; this will reach you latest by one working day before the event itself.
