🌏 Implementing Supply Chain Due Diligence in ASEAN: Aligning with International Standards

Join us for a high – level webinar hosted by the ASEAN Dutch Chamber Network (ADCN) in collaboration with the Organization for Economic Co – operation and Development (OECD). This session will explore how companies operating in ASEAN can align their supply chain practices with international due diligence standards, with a special focus on the OECD Guidelines and their growing relevance beyond OECD member countries.

This webinar is particularly relevant for Dutch businesses with operations or supply chains in ASEAN, and will provide guidance on how to navigate and prepare for current and upcoming regulatory expectations, especially those emerging from the EU and OECD frameworks.

A keynote presentation will be delivered by the OECD, who will highlight how their five – step due diligence framework — and the EU’s evolving regulations — can be practically applied to strengthen responsible business conduct across your supply chain.

Following this keynote address, a dynamic panel discussion will bring together expert perspectives from across sectors.  This diverse panel will ensure a well – rounded and practical discussion on real – world challenges, approaches, and opportunities in implementing due diligence across ASEAN supply chains.
