Together with our best wishes for a healthy and successful 2024, the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, and the MDBC Chairman and Board of Directors have the pleasure of inviting you to the MDBC & Netherlands Embassy New Year’s Reception 2024.

We look forward to welcoming our members on Tuesday, 23 January 2024 for an excellent beginning to the year.  Join the celebrations at Banyan Tree Kuala Lumpur with many fellow members and a wide range of invited guests from the corporate, government, diplomatic, and NGO sectors.

Time:  18:00 – 20:30 hrs
(New Year’s Greetings and Welcome at 18:45 hrs, followed by a light dinner)

Venue: Banyan Tree Kuala Lumpur (Altitude 53rd Floor), 2 Jalan Conlay, Kuala Lumpur

Early arrivals (between 17:00 – 17:45 hrs) will be invited for a tour of the Banyan Tree facilities.  You will be taken on a tour to see hotel rooms (if available) and the top floors:
– Vertigo (the highest bar in Kuala Lumpur); and
– Vertigo 2 (on the 58th and 59th floors).

Fees:
a) Members – Complimentary as per your membership level.
MDBC Premium Partners will receive one additional registration.
We much appreciate the payment of your 2024 membership fee to be made together with your registration.
(Due to space constraints, no additional registrations can be accommodated)
b) Guests: By invitation only, via MDBC or the Netherlands Embassy.

Dress Code: Business Smart (with a touch or orange and / or red)

IMPORTANT NOTES:
– This event invitation is for registered company representatives and invited guests only; we regret that spouses, friends, business associates and / or walk – ins cannot be accepted.
– Registration is required, latest by Thursday, 18 January 2024 (12:00 hrs) to confirm your attendance. Late registrations might have to be placed on a wait list and can only be accepted on a space availability basis.
– You should receive an acknowledgment of your registration within one working day. Do contact us immediately if you do not receive this acknowledgment because without it your registration is not confirmed.
This acknowledgment will also enable you to receive our usual pre – event re – confirmation.
– Please note:
a)  Without your confirmation you will be considered a walk – in upon arrival; regretfully, at this event, we do not have space available for walk – ins;
b)  As MDBC and the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands are event partners, registration details will be shared between both parties.
