The Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to Malaysia, together with the MDBC Chairman and Board of Directors, have the pleasure of inviting you to the MDBC and Netherlands Embassy New Year’s Reception 2026.

We will be receiving our 2026 members on Wednesday, 21 January 2026. 

Date: Wednesday, 21 January 2026
Time: 18:00 – 20:30 hrs
Venue: Residence of the Netherlands Ambassador
Dress Code: Business Smart (with a touch of orange and / or red)

Please Note:

* Registration is mandatory and is on a first come, first served basis.  Limited spots are available so kindly register asap (no later than Wed, 14 January 2026).  Registration will be closed once capacity has been reached.

* All corporate members (Gold, Silver, Orange, Outstation) may initially register one (1) representative.  Additional representatives (who will be placed on a wait list) may be registered as follows:
– Gold: Three (3)
– Silver: Two (2)
– Orange / Outstation: One (1)

And additionally to the representatives listed above:
– 30th Anniversary Patrons: Two (2)
– Premium Partners: One (1)

* We regret that on this occasion there is no opportunity to register spouses, partners, friends, and business partners (not even at a fee).  Walk – ins will NOT be accepted.  Please take note of the additional registration conditions listed below.

* Registration is on a first come, first served basis.

*While this event is free of charge for MDBC members, late cancellations (after Monday, 19 January (12 noon)) and no shows will be charged RM 200 nett per person. Replacement / substitute participant(s) to avoid the no show charges are welcome.

* A reconfirmation will include a map and further details of the event and location. Please note that very limited parking is available. All guests are encouraged to use public transport or e – hailing alternatives to get to and from the event safely and responsibly.
