Chua Meng Hui (Partner – International Tax & Transaction Services, Ernst & Young Tax Consultants Sdn Bhd) With close to 20 years of professional experience in taxation matters, Meng Hui focuses on tax compliance, tax advisory, tax due diligence, pre – IPO structuring, group structuring and reorganization exercise, in – bound and out – bound investments and tax incentives. His portfolio of clients include several conglomerate, real estate, automotive and semiconductor companies as well as sovereign wealth funds and GLCs in Malaysia.  In 2018, Meng Hui joined the Malaysia Tax Desk of EY’s Global Tax Desk Network in New York and over the course of one and a half years he was in charge of advising on international (tax) restructuring projects for several large US multinationals involving multiple jurisdictions.
