Maritime enforcement agency again

A return to Malaysia’s maritime enforcement agency, the civil coast guard first met back in April.  DCDS – M went back to develop the earlier ideas further, moving the maritime conversation from that first understanding toward something more defined.  The aim was progression, to build on the foundation already laid and to show, clearly, that the coalition follows through on the relationships it starts.  DCDS – M carried forward the openings spotted in April, in surveillance, sensing, and command, and pushed them toward practical shape.  Repeated contact is the engine of trust in this sector, every visit tells a partner the coalition is present, consistent, and genuinely invested for the long haul.  The relationship gained real depth and continuity here, and the maritime opportunities grew clearer and closer.  This return visit reinforced the coalition’s standing as a reliable, long – term partner in the maritime space, and kept one of the earliest, most promising relationships moving steadily in the right direction.
