A return to the resilience leadership forum, that gathering of the armed forces’ most senior officers.  DCDS – M met them again to build an even stronger working connection with the very people who shape the sector at its highest level.  The aim was to deepen what had already begun, because a single strong meeting is a start, and it is the return that turns access into a genuine relationship.  DCDS – M came back to reinforce trust and presence at the top, showing consistency exactly where it matters most.  Relationships with senior leadership are built through steady, repeated contact, and each return signals seriousness and staying power.  The connection at the highest level grew firmer and more familiar here.  This second meeting consolidated one of the coalition’s most valuable relationships, moving it from a strong first impression toward a durable, trusted standing with the very people whose priorities set the direction for the entire sector.  Quiet consistency, done right.
