This is the specialized, high – end training arm of the armed forces, home to the advanced programs that sit well above the standard stuff, the demanding, technical courses that build genuine expertise.  DCDS – M met them to explore where opportunity exists for navy and defence-related training, the kind of premium, high – skill programs where Dutch experience genuinely carries authority.  The aim was to understand their standards, their gaps, and their appetite for partnership right at the top end of the training ladder.  DCDS – M listened for the exact points where coalition expertise answers a need they already feel, because premium training is a relationship built on proven credibility, not on volume.  This is a lane where quality speaks far louder than price, and where the coalition can lead instead of scramble.  The meeting opened a route into elite, specialized instruction, positioned the coalition as a partner for the hardest, highest – value training the forces need, and set up the deeper training talks that came in June.
