Driving Performance Through Leadership

Dear MDBC members,
Calling all senior (male) business leaders!
On the occasion of International Women’s Day, the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands would like to invite you to a workshop on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) on Monday, 30 March.
Date: Monday, 30 March
Time: 08:30 – 12:30 hrs
Venue: Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, Naza Tower
This interactive on site session is designed for senior (male) leaders committed to building workplaces where everyone can contribute, thrive, and succeed. Investing in women’s leadership is crucial. Empowering women and girls through equal and meaningful involvement in decision – making processes strengthens communities and drives global progress.
In today’s rapidly evolving business landscape, organizations that embrace diversity and foster inclusive cultures are better positioned to innovate, attract talent, and drive sustainable growth. This workshop will provide leaders with valuable insights and practical strategies to strengthen inclusive leadership within their organizations.
The OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises on Responsible Business Conduct (RBC) are an international benchmark for designing responsible business conduct practices. Leading an organization that is diverse, equal, and inclusive contributes to higher RBC performances. The Embassy and MDBC have been working closely on this topic with companies and would like to invite you for this session called “Driving Performance Through Leadership” to learn more about how you can incorporate DEI successfully into your business.
