A return to the human resource and training arm of the armed forces, plus a meeting with the Deputy Chief of Navy.  DCDS – M continued the training conversation started in May, and used the occasion to network at senior level, reaching one of the most influential figures in the naval hierarchy.  The aim was twofold, to move the training discussion forward and to build access at the level where real decisions actually get shaped.  DCDS – M brought continuity to the training talks and used the senior meeting to deepen trust at the top.  Access like this changes what is possible, a relationship with senior leadership opens doors that stay firmly shut to anyone working only at the edges.  The training pathway advanced, and the coalition earned standing at a level very few reach.  This meeting paired steady progress on a live opportunity with a genuine step up in the seniority of access, and that combination is rare and valuable.
