This is a global electronics industry association.  DCDS – M met them to begin building the supply chain that will sit behind coalition members’ proposals to the armed forces, with more associations to follow in the same spirit.  The aim was foundational, because a proposal to the armed forces is only ever as strong as the supply chain behind it, and DCDS – M is assembling that depth deliberately, one association at a time.  DCDS – M came to open a relationship with a body that connects to a whole ecosystem of capable suppliers, multiplying the coalition’s reach with a single connection.  Supply chain depth is what separates a credible bid from an empty promise, it proves the coalition can actually deliver what it offers.  This meeting laid an important building block in that foundation, and pointed straight toward the further associations that will complete it.  It strengthened the coalition’s ability to stand behind every proposal with real, deliverable substance, which is exactly what wins trust.
