EIPO is on a mission of sharing knowledge and creating better ecosystems that are shaping up cities and regions.  One of EIPO’s major projects is the Binh Duong region in Vietnam. In cooperation with Becamex (a DBAV member), EIPO is developing a strategic plan to elevate the whole region.  Inspired by the Dutch innovation taking place at Eindhoven Brainport, Peter and his team developed a comprehensive development strategy to accelerate Binh Duong’s sustainable economic growth, based on the successful introduction of the Triple Helix collaboration model.  Presenter: Peter Portheine (CEO and Co-Founder, EIPO).

Signify (formerly known as Philips Lighting) is a Dutch company that is a market leader in its recognition of smart street lighting’s integration with the broader smart cities market.  During this presentation, Signify will describe the smart city vision and how to make the cities smarter and more livable with connected lighting.  Count on an inspiring and futuristic session that will show what the metropolis of the future will look like.  Presenter: Duong Phung Hoai (General Manager, Signify Vietnam).

This webinar is hosted as a joint effort by the Dutch Business Association Vietnam (DBAV), ADB – DutchCham Singapore (ADB – DutchCham), the Dutch Business Network Indonesia (DBN), the Dutch Chamber of Commerce in the Philippines (DCCP), the Malaysian Dutch Business Council (MDBC), and the Netherlands – Thai Chamber of Commerce (NTCC) – partners of the ASEAN Dutch Chamber Network (ADCN).

The collaboration between the 6 Dutch Chambers of Commerce in ASEAN has increased even further during this past year; Due to the pandemic we have been taking turns organizing monthly webinars together, for the benefit of all our members.  Furthermore, we are now ready to launch our Strategic Alliance. At this upcoming webinar, we look forward to explaining in more detail what ADCN is about, our hopes, our dreams, and our ambition of being the best support to you, either for your company’s soft landing or expansion plans within the dynamic ASEAN region.
