Jaya Dass (Managing Director – Asia Pacific (Permanent Recruitment), Randstad)
Equipped with strong business acumen drawn from her prior experience in business operations and development as well as audit, Jaya is known for her ability to craft future – ready business strategies and empathetic leadership skills. Jaya took on Malaysia’s operations under her remit, in addition to her Singapore portfolio in 2019. In 2022 she took on a new role as Managing Director of Asia Pacific (permanent recruitment) in Randstad, to grow the company’s capabilities in professionals permanent recruitment business across Australia, Greater China, India, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, and Singapore. She continues to invest her efforts and resources to scale operations, with the aim to position Randstad as the top – of – mind HR solutions agency for all leading companies and professional job seekers. Jaya holds a Bachelor in Finance and a Master in Commerce from the University of New South Wales, Australia. She is a member of the Singapore Human Resources Institute, the Marketing Institute of Singapore and accredited WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment.
