Syafina is a Senior Associate in the MYXpats Project Management and Stakeholder Engagement team, bringing over six years of experience with the organisation. She supports MYXpats projects and stakeholder engagement initiatives, working closely with government agencies, chambers of commerce, and other relevant organisations.

With a background in customer service and event management, Syafina has experience in stakeholder engagement, project coordination, and system support. She also serves as a key person – in – charge (PIC) for Xpats Gateway, with expertise in the system’s processes, operational requirements, and coordination with relevant agencies and stakeholders.

Adila is a Senior Associate in TalentCorp’s Residence Pass – Talent (RP – T) team, bringing over 10 years of experience with the organization. She supports the RP – T’s implementation through applicant communications, engagements with Government agencies, and process coordination.

Her experience in administration, stakeholder engagement, and system support contributes to efforts aimed at enhancing service delivery and operational efficiency. She is also involved in initiatives to improve workflows and strengthen RP – T’s processes. Adila holds a Degree in Tourism Management from UiTM and a Master’s in International Tourism Management from Manchester Metropolitan University.

Simon is an accomplished professional specializing in national outreach, stakeholder engagement, and graduate employability initiatives. At TalentCorp, he plays a key role in advancing structured internship programs and strengthening industry collaborations. His work includes promoting strategic initiatives such as MySIP, LiKES, the MyNext Portal, and the 1:3 Internship Policy across various employer networks.

Prior to joining TalentCorp, Simon contributed to high – impact graduate recruitment and employer branding efforts at GTI Media, a UK – based company in Malaysia. His expertise helped shape flagship events and initiatives, including Malaysia’s 100 Leading Graduate Employers (M100), the M100 Awards Night, the M100 Challenge, and the Mega Career & Study Fair, working closely with corporate partners and universities.  Simon holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Level 7 Certificate in Strategic Management and Leadership Practice (CMI, UK) from Asia e University (AeU), equipping him with the strategic leadership capabilities essential for workforce development and industry engagement.

Syaza currently serves in the Group Strategy Office at TalentCorp, where she supports strategic initiatives to strengthen Malaysia’s talent ecosystem across key segments. Her work focuses on translating labour market insights into actionable strategies, including piloting cross – sector talent initiatives, strengthening private sector engagement, and advancing workforce – focused partnerships aligned with emerging economic priorities. She also supports stakeholder engagement efforts to bridge policy intent with implementation across industry and government partners.

Prior to TalentCorp, Syaza worked in a university where she provided counselling and academic advice, guiding students through their academic and career journey. She has years of experience in writing and content creation and has collaborated with various universities and organizations to deliver career development workshops and programs for students and graduates.  Syaza holds a Master’s of Arts in Education (Youth & Community) from the University of Huddersfield, UK and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Actuarial Science from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, USA.
